We will gladly accept packaged, unworn, non-customized items for 30 days from the original purchase date. After 30 days, your items may be returnable with a 15% restocking fee - please call us to verify. Large equipment items generally ship directly from the manufacturer, so please contact us for information on returning these items.

Please include a copy of your packing list or invoice so we know who to credit.
If you are exchanging for a different size or color, we'll be happy to ship the replacements back to you at no charge - just include a note letting us know what you need in exchange and send your package to the same address, but attn: EXCHANGE.

We accept writtten PurchaseOrders from Public School Districts and governmental entities. To send your Purchase order, enter your order as you would if you were purchasing with a credit card, print out a copy of your order and fax that along with your Purchase order to the fax number below, attn. Sales.

When sending your P.O., please make sure to include a complete ship to address, contact name, phone and e-mail address so we can verify your order.
When you placed your order you should have received a confirmation e-mail. That e-mail will contain a link to get the most up-to-date status for your order, including any tracking information. If you do not see this e-mail, check your junk mail folder (especially on Gmail & Yahoo). If you've already done this and you still don't see it, contact us by phone or e-mail and we can resend it.
Most of our items ship by Ground Shipping by default. With Ground shipping, you will receive your order within 10 calendar days. Sometimes ground shipping will get your order to you faster than 10 days, but we can't guarantee that. Many of our items are available to be shipped via expedited shipping - if this option does not display at checkout, call us at 877-239-5550 and we will work with you to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Some large equipment items may ship directly from the manufacturer via Motor Freight and can take longer to ship. If you have a concern about getting your equipment in time for an event, give us a call.
We charge sales tax only on orders going to New Jersey. If you are in New Jersey and are exempt from sales tax, you will need to send your order in by fax, mail or phone. We will also need a signed New Jersey Sales Tax Exemption form on file. You can fax this to us at 877-239-5550.

Apparel Orders over $100 ship via Ground for FREE! Ground shipping gets your order to you in about a week (up to 10 days on the West Coast). We also offer expedited shipping if you need your order faster than regular Ground shipping.
Large Items that ship by Motor Freight (soccer goals, for instance) generally have their own shipping charge and are exempt from this offer -- although many of our large equipment items also ship Free!
